It is important to us to support the local economy and take a sustainable approach in order to leave behind the smallest footprint we can.
We source from local farmers whenever possible and utilize compostable cups, lids and straws. We even grow a lot of our own produce on a rooftop greenhouse located right on top of our juice bar in downtown Birmingham, Alabama! This revolutionary approach enables us to grow and utilize larger varieties of produce, and allows us to pick produce minutes before using it in fresh fruit and smoothies. We then compost the pulp left over from juicing to feed the plants. This creates a closed cycle of growth and consumption to maximize sustainability and minimize waste.
We are beyond excited to pursue a model that prioritizes nutrition and freshness while simultaneously lowering the impact on our planet. It truly feels like the right thing to do when everyone involved benefits!!
